Five stars isn’t enough for Nick at Knox Garage Door Service! From the moment he showed up, it was all good energy, great communication, and top-notch work. You can tell he knows his stuff, but he’s also just genuinely a nice person—like the kind of guy you’d actually want to chat with while he’s fixing your garage door. He got everything working perfectly and made the whole process way easier (and less stressful) than we expected. We’re seriously so glad we found him—if your garage is acting up, Nick’s your guy!
I can recommend the owner, Nick. He did maintenance type of work on my garage door wheels, tracks,and springs. He replaced some old parts with upgraded parts. He was professional, efficient with his time and the quote was reasonable. It has been about eight months and my garage door is still very happy.
You absolutely will not go wrong when you hire this guy to work on your garage door. There is no need to look for someone else or do any comparisons. He's definitely at the very top in knowledge and pricing. Thank you!

If you are having any issues with your garage door or you need a new one installed, Nick is your guy! He was able to come out the next day and did a phenomenal job. Our sensors kept messing up and the door wouldn’t close and the door itself was super noisy and he was able to fix everything same day. Very polite and professional. Top notch guy. Give him a call!

Nick did an amazing job fixing the garage door at our home. He showed up when he said he would, gave me several different options - and explained the pros and cons of each and the prices involved - and most importantly, didn’t try any of the high-pressure upsell tactics used by other companies! One of my double door springs snapped. I called Knox Garage Door and Nick came out the same day. He didn’t have the exact springs needed for my 20 year old home and he wanted it done right. So he came back the next morning and got them replaced for a good price. He checked to make sure everything else looked okay and oiled it up nicely. Now it’s working again perfectly and quieter than it did before. Nick was very personable and knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Will definitely use again.

Nick replaced a residential style door in our older commercial rental unit. He made a good assessment, removed the old unit, and replaced the new one with no issues. Definitely recommended, and will give him a call next time have a service issue.

We had trouble with our garage door for the past couple of months. We tried to fix it but nothing worked so we called Knox Garage Door Service. Within 3 seconds of looking at the garage door, Nick knew exactly what was wrong! He got the parts and we had the door fixed within hours! Now we have a garage door we can count on!
Nick was great! He helped to find exactly what we wanted with our budget in mind. We replaced the one pictured as well as a smaller basement garage, both with R19 and new wi-fi openers, all for less than what we were being quoted by national chains for just the main door. Plus - our garage is now running about 10 degrees cooler!

Nick came and put a Long (double garage door) strip on the bottom of my door to seal the Spaces. He is a Very Nice and Professional Young Man!!! Very Pleased with his work!!!! Nick was such a great guy and made sure I was happy with what size door I needed and was willing to work with my schedule to do what it took to get me taken care of.
